Hi- I'm Preston.

After 20 years in the fitness industry I learned that everyone is in a difference place with their health and fitness journey with different sets of obstacles blocking them from optimal functioning body. Everyone has a next right step to take and many times it is not about working harder. There is a smarter way to do things to get better results with less effort.  My passion is helping people get there!     


You can find me in my home gym where I train clients daily or at Hudson Spine and Health coaching and providing Mineral Testing, Core Strength Sessions and educating on all of the amazing tools they provide at the clinic.

I am 67 years old and have worked with Preston as my physical trainer and nutrition coach for more than 10 years. Preston offers more than that, though. He understands and teaches the connections between the physical, mental, emotional and biological aspects of living.
